Solo una observación, el baño 2 de la habitación 2 es muy pequeño, poco funcional y antiestético, por cuanto no tiene regadera dividida; el servicio higiénico se mojaría cada vez que alguien use la ducha.

Nice!! But why would you divide the kitchen and living area into 2 smaller rooms. You should remove the wall between and have a large open plan kitchen/ living area. I love your designs but this floor plan is not for me. I prefer kitchen and living area at the rear of the home and master bedroom at the front. Sorry!!

This is completely wrong design for the vehicle entrance. Due to specific vehicle turning radius requirement, the entrance should be set back from the road a certain distance.

I really like most of your designs, but when I check the sizes of rooms they are just too small for American furniture and appliance. Finally, this design has almost American proportions to the rooms. Although an American design generally wouldn't have a shower in the extra hall bath, and the other baths are all quite small. I'd take the middle two bedrooms and combine into a single bedroom suite with walk-in closet and 3mx4m bath with separate whirlpool tub and walk-in shower as well as double sink vanity. The other two attached bathroom I'd steal 0.25m from bed areas and 0.5m wasted "nook" areas to extend baths to 2mx3m to allow double sink vanity for guests too while moving wall-hung toilets into shower area. I would also eliminate the wall between kitchen and living room and turn the living room seating to face the carport wall, that way people could see the TV from living room or kitchen table. 6M throw distance is enough for many projectors to fill a 4m wide screen and eliminating the wall allow 5 recliner seats to make this front room a real home theater. Finally, I'd eliminate the hallway to the side door and move the bath and laundry up against the bedroom wall to make the kitchen larger, then add a patio door to the kitchen to separate kitchen area from living area seating.
I love these modern designs. It is a shame these flat roofs wouldn't work in snow country or this would be a very economical build for me. Maybe I should reconsider the desert instead :-).
