Mine stopped charging before I'd had it for 12 months, got it replaced, now the replacement has done the same thing. I've stopped using it because it's not been reliable for me

You don’t take advantage of the heat if you pass too fast over your skin. That misses the point of this product
I do shave fast and need to remind myself of slowing down, but I do feel the heat and love the razor!
how do you change the blade?
slide the gold circle upward it will release the blade.
