    This was so much fun! I wouldn't mind seeing a little bit more of this format, heavy first and then lighter endurance rounds

    I LOVE this format of heavy weights first, followed by light weight finisher. I think muscle endurance work is great for muscle definition. I would love more of this format!

    I loved this workout! I really liked using heavy weights in the beginning and loved the last section with the lighter weights. I hope you have more workouts just like this one!

    I'm absolutely shattered! What a great workout; it' hard, it's exhausting but IT'S GREAT. The seated exercises were so different but really amazing and gosh did my arms shake and it really helped to isolate the back muscles. Thank you - more please. .....

    This was a fun yet very challenging workout. I remember these workouts from the 80s and nineties! certainly got my sweat on. Thank you.

    I loved this. Really appreciate the cues for the core. I think this 40 minute is a sweet spot for me.

    This was such a nice change! Loved this workout. I had to use my coffee table for lack of a bench but I might invest in one now.

    That was a real upper body and core burner!! I loved the last circuit; it really got my heart rate up!! I'm not sure that i'm going to be able to lift my arms tomorrow but that's ok!!

    Wow those dumbbells were super heavy from a seated position! I found myself getting a little sloppy with the 5lb weights, which surprised me as well. Challenging!

    Loved, loved, loved this workout! Also, am I the only one who can not seem to coordinate my brain on the dead bug?! I can't seem to do opposite arm, opposite leg, lol.

    It’s Day THIRTEEN of your MOVE 2024 Challenge! This 90s/00s-inspired workout focuses on the upper body and core and brings the burn! Start back to basics with some heavy dumbbell intervals, then take it to the mat for an ab-burner circuit. Then finish with a low-weight/high-rep flow and get it all in!

      I remember doing the arms and abs and buns of steel with Tammilee Webb. Thank you for the updated version. It was a real burner!
      I like the longer workouts. So thank you for these great workouts! I also really liked the Firm workouts. And wonder if you’d consider doing a Firm inspired workout as well

    I LOVED this workout! So fun and CHALLENGING going from seated which was TOUGHER than it looks and the heavy weights to the lighter weights which was a BURNER. AMAZING workout. Thank-u Amy!😅😊

    It’s amazing how much different the exercises are from a seated position. Being seated really helped isolate my back muscles.

    Amazing workout. I loved that we added a bench or chair. I used a chair. My arms were shaking at the end. I remember doing Arm’s and AB’s of Steel. It was fun. Thank you, Amy

    Loved this workout! the seated arm exercises (I used a stability ball) are so much more challenging, really isolating the targeted arm muscles. It was fun & went by fast, too!

    I enjoyed the variety in this one and always love split workouts. I used a fold up chair and although it wasn't ideal I managed lol. The funniest part was after the bicep curl doing the side bend with the weight above my head, well it almost pulled me off of my chair! 😂I was fumbling through that one and will have to try it again lol. Having so much fun this month! 😍

    Loooooved , Loooooved the lighting round. I wouldn't mind an entire class of this.
    Bike shorts and ankle socks is where it's at. Legs are cooler, bands don't slide as much and shoes don't eat the socks.

    For the 3rd circuit. There was no clock. I DO NOT TRUST Amy just going like that 😅
    But that was a fun workout 🎉 she should definitely add the bench on some arm workout days. 😊 I loved doing Denis Austin arms of steel back in high school 😆

    I could really feel my core on the seated moves. I love this format, its hard to fit in 40 min for me but this went quick. Favorite moves, crunch with pelvic tilt, side bend with weights and i do love a plank single.

    Love this one! The homage to earlier workouts is fun with your updated mods. This one had me sweating! The core activating cues are super helpful!

    Definitely felt the burn in my arms and abs. I would have liked some cardio in between the moves like the young Amy workouts as it would have gotten my heart rate up a little more. Didn't have a bench or chair handy, so I stood for seated movies.

    I’m not gonna lie I thought this workout wasn’t challenging going enough until we got to that last circuit and then the sweat started pouring haha I like the light weighted stuff you did, wouldn’t mind a whole workout like that!
