Exactly, I actually do better studying on my bed. I'm actually more prone to falling asleep on my desk for some reason if I somehow managed to not succumb to the temptation of playing video games 😅
Some people feel more studious (or even feel like they get more done) in public spots because it seems like the people around you hold you accountable ! I think everyone should definitely try a variety of places to see what best suits their style. ♡
The best motivation is when you see your peers working, the most earned break is when you have your break 5 minutes later than your peers, makes you feel like you studied more than them😂.
For library I recommend going into the kids section and taking some of their seat cushions or bean bag chairs and putting them into the seat you’re sitting in or just sit there in the kids section it’s not like anyone’s gonna bother you let alone question you 😂
Studying outside works pretty amazing for me, just because there’s enough noise and visual stimuli that I don’t burn out right away, and it’s away from major distractions. I can sit out there for hours without feeling like I need a break.
I would like to study in a cafe cause for some reason it has such a vibe so i would just wear noise canceling headphones or listen to music while i work 😭
Dear, Please come and visit India‼️ I'm sure you're gonna start studying anywhere no matter what just by looking at the pressure, commitment, and compedition among students! 😅
The library at my university has different sections. You have the self study sections, the open area sections, the typical hard chairs or the couches. The library is basically my home now though it is a shame that it doesn't open 24/7
I work well in cafés and library; the noise just kinda fades out into white noise, with my earphones on and without music playing sometimes. I can never work in my dorm bc i'd be too comfortable shshsh

For those that have problems one thing that I've heard is that force yourself to work at certain times of day and your body will get used to being sitting at your computer at that specific time of Damien's work and sitting at your computer at a different time of day means video games. Make sure you take a break between the two times and don't just try transitioning from one to the other.
Honestly, at the libraries where I live, the seats are AMAZING There are beanbags, those comfy chairs that are soft but are hard enough to work on, plus a few tables that barely anyone sits at tbh (underrated tables 🙄🙄🙄) and obviously not noisy at all because, well, ITS A LIBRARY.
I live in dormitory and this University is a bit different than other universities because the campus is literally spread out through out the city so the dormitory is 30 minutes walk from my faculty, and over time I figured that being in the faculty itself has the best motivation for me to study because if I'm in my work place with my laptop, which also has games and stuff to distract yourself on, I end up procrastinating. But at the faculty I feel forced to study but I'm still comfortable. It's important for everyone to find their perfect spot based on the properties of the place that both is making you forced to study and is comfortable to stay at for a while. Or just be different and have a good memory that you remember everything from one lecture idk.
I like studying in my bed. Its free from distractions and its comfortable. My desk is super distracting. I have pencils and my computer and phone and ipad and nail polish and sketchbooks and random stuff there.

Lasty, a sofa is comfortable but it’s not the type of thing that would make you want to sleep.
i live near a library and a park and personaly i enjoy both alot more than my desk. I go to the library when i feel like biking further and usually if i want to go buy food at the store near it. i usually go to the park if im gonna hangout with my friend after because they live right next to it. both are very peaceful options for me
I find being at the library in an uncomfortable chair to be the best study spot, because when I’m comfortable, I start to feel sleepy and end up not doing any work

Can you please make a guide on how to focus. I have difficulty with focusing because of the so many distractions. Please 🙏 Thank you so much I love your content and I can’t wait to see more😊
for me personally the best place is the cafe! although my desk can help me feel productive, it can easily makes me feel suffocated to be in a room for a long period of time, while cafe is much more entertaining as i can take a break by people watching and stuff. it also keeps me motivated to see other people busy with their own laptops and books. but it’s kind of bad for my wallet so i only do it once every while lmao
The best part about exams is study leave. Idk about other countries but in Scotland the seniors(4th, 5th and 6th years) aren’t required to come into school from the 24th of April until early June, unless they have an exam, but people in 1st to 3rd year still need to school as they don’t have exams yet. The good thing is depending on when your exams are, once they are done study leave doesn’t end. Library for me. Watching people study motivates me to study, no food to be tempted to buy, has many sockets and best of all it’s air conditioned (I live near the equator)
Depends on the library you go to. The one I go to has comfortable chairs, clear windows so you can take a break and look outside (at the cars on the road or the sky) I will say it can be noisy because of the children's section which is below, but generally, I would rate it 9.6/10

Personally i study best in a stressful environment where everyone else are dying from burnouts, idk it's probably the mood that motivates me.
If im on my monitors its gonna make me wanna play games
Some libraries have good chairs and some Cafes/coffee shops aren’t always busy
Honestly, that whole food thing is perfect for me at a cafe, as I’m gonna want to get food eventually, having it right there is perfect for me
Outside there's also your problem of wind and bugs, also if your working in the evening there is also lack of light once it gets too late
Library for me. Watching people study motivates me to study, no food to be tempted to buy, has many sockets and best of all it’s air conditioned (I live near the equator)
At the library I go to they have a small kids area with soft chairs connected to make a couch, it’s so much more comfy
Its based on what people prefer generally speaking
I think the cafe and the library and your desk are probably the best spots if you want to study
Depends on the library you go to.
The one I go to has comfortable chairs, clear windows so you can take a break and look outside (at the cars on the road or the sky)
I will say it can be noisy because of the children's section which is below, but generally, I would rate it 9.6/10
My library has comfy couches and you can use a folder or book to study or write notes
