Hello Everyone! I here confess a mistake in a number of cases pending with all the courts in India. The actual number is over 5 Crore where I mentioned just 50 Lakh. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pendency_of_court_cases_in_India
First time seeing that females are boldly talking about their real issue without following predetermined patterns and pointing towards the most affective way to get solutions.
Thought provoking podcast. Satnam ji made amazing point that laws are single most important thing to empower women/common citizen. We really need to fix police, judiciary. Would like to listen more on jury & recall draft. Please do detailed podcast with QnA.
Satnam ji conveyed the message to the point and in an easy-to-understand language. If possible, please do some more such podcasts on some specific issues like the poor manufacturing capabilities of India and how it is related more to the judiciary but not to education.
Satnam Kaur ji is a very intelligent and farsighted woman, from time to time she keeps presenting many permanent solutions to many problems going on in India
What an insightful podcast. I hope this reach to our policymakers and also to more women.. Would love if we can get more detail on the laws mentioned in the podcast like jury, right to recall and referendum.
Very nice Many thoughts have been put together It's very nice and she has spoken so intelligently Really want more on Vote Vapsi law I know you're working on it
Of the umpteen number of women's rights & men's rights activists i have heard , this lady Satnam Kaur seems to be only one talking real sense with solutions. This concept of JurySystem is looking interesting. @amita mam - good interview
@@GodReplyMe because it increases activists' networking . That's the most basic think we all activists have to do first. U can confirm from others too. there should not be any reason to hide bro.
A nation where judges don't have any kind of accountability and questioning from judges make you fall into category of contempt of court. A nation where 50 million cases are pending. Corruption is rampant. If anyone who is watching this video. Please read about jury court and right to recall over judges, ministers and CM etc.

She is correct. Only law matters else the revolution based on slogan and ideology are totally useless.
Amazing perspective
