Mai Y. Lee no it’s not. Did you know making any dough is base on where you are? The temperature in your house and the water that you used. This is base on my location. People need to adjust their liquid when making a dough.

This recipe was off with the coconut measurement because 1 1/2 cup is too much. It made the dough mixture too watery.

I also have a written instruction when mixing the coconut milk. Put half cup each until you reach the right texture in dough.
