Great ideas! Thanks for the inspiration…I have has great success with making flat 100% cotton hot pads for flat things going into the microwave…a flat bowl holder. Makes lunch or dinner reheating in non- bowl things easy.
I also make them flat. Responses I have received from male shoppers in my vending booths, is that they prefer to eat from plates, rather than bowls. Based on almost 45 responses to me questioning males only in my booth, I made some flat. SO ... I agree with you for the hot pads!
@@chrishubbard5073 People must ask questions from their makers if they used cotton thread, microwavable fabric and cotton fabric. The mistake some makers/sewing enthusiasts so, is use cotton fabric that has glue in it. Special microwavable fabric is more expensive and sadly, people take the cheaper route. ALSO, the bowl should only be heated in small increments, 1 minute increments, per the heating instructions on the packet.
Great ideas, thank you ❤
These are great gift ideas. Thank you!

Please be careful. My mother had a cloth baked potato sleeve catch fire in her microwave.

@SewnByNikki Thank you.
I have made the bowl cozies ( holder) and use as a candy bowl,
That's a good option for usage as well, yes! I'm adding candy to the bread, nuts and bowl options. : )
What size is that book sleeve?
I posted the link for it. You can cut it 8x10 for a smaller book or 9x12. for a larger book.
