    Sir in today's M2 paper in trapezoidal sum. .. limit were given from o to 3.. i have taken h=1... Is is compulsory to divide by to upper limit - lower limit by 6 ??

      No need to divide by 6 for Trapezoidal Rule. To apply Simpson's rules you have to divide the difference between limits by 6.
