Kudos to North Crowley HS Football Team! Their Head Coach has built a powerhouse program. North Crowley HS didn’t have anything this good since my daughter graduated from there in 08’ besides their Men’s Basketball and Women’s Track Teams! Looking forward to watching this great team in person when they travel down the street to play Crowley HS!
Desoto QB1 was solid with a few errant throws….their running game was grinding it out…what started to be a shootout…became a complete BARNBURNER! North Crowley’s defense stepped up in the second half and played solid. NC QB1 #12 was a BEAST…NC RB1 #1 ran hard all game long with breakaway speed! #32 on Defense was flying around the ball making his presence felt play in and play out. #6 Z WR #6 is DIFFERENT…..WOW!!! A threat surely to score a TD on almost every reception! The kickoff return almost broke…so many players on North Crowleys team it’s ridiculous!!!! I love their attitude!!! They came to play zero intimidation was allowed in that stadium! What a back and forth DOGFIGHT until the beginning of the 4th!!! Panthers all the way to STATE!!!! Get your popcorn ready!!!!
A few errant throws yes, but solid is downplaying the Desoto QB's true impact? The kid had 6 TDS, and was the best player on the field. How much more do you want? The truth is Desoto's D was horridly porous after Abrams ejection in the 1st quarter, and that was the difference in the game. They couldn't stop a nose bleed.
As a former scrawny ahh safety, I concur. With my frame you couldn’t really see the results of the work I put in but you’re definitely about to feel it (pause).
