I also used to fake yawn cuz of anxiety... I had a weird fake cough when I was in 4th grade too. Anxiety does weird ass things to ur body man.

I fake yawn when I’m feeling anxious sometimes too. I think it’s my brains way of subconsciously trying to tell myself and the people around me, “I’m okay, I’m just tired,” so that my signs of anxiety can be written off as sleepiness. Even though I obviously know what’s going on and the people around me likely do too, it feels like a defense mechanism for my brain to hide what’s actually happening inside of it. Just found your channel through this video by the way and I’m so glad i did! Tapping, scratching, whispering videos are the only thing that seem to make my anxiety go away long enough to let me fall asleep so thanks for the relaxation!!

When I’m anxious I always catch myself slowly scratching my left forearm with my
Right hand. I actually didn’t notice until I got acrylics for the first time and felt myself doing it 😂

I’m just now seeing this video, but, I worked in a daycare for 6 years and it truly does take a certain type of person to handle it for long periods of time. I worked in the infant room and loved it, but it is emotionally and mentally draining. People wouldn’t think so, but I totally understand what you were saying about it! Loved this video, by the way!

I scratch myself sometimes. I'll cough, tuck in my shirt, pick at my hands, push my hair behind my ears and then take it out.
I always yawn excessively due to my anxiety, it annoys me so much, I’m not anxious whilst writing this but managed to yawn a lot lol

my girlfriend used to smoke cigarettes and when she switched to juul I was so happy because of the smell😂 she uses the renova zero now and fills up the pods herself and i think it’s cheaper and she loves it

I have anxiety and I go to the bathroom everytime it just attacks. You only live ones... I warn u. It's so sad to spend times alone. At least go with your mom,sister, or your boyfriend!!!! Just have fun and vibe around😂😂😂😂 thaz wut I did😂😂😂😂and it went aweyyyy😂😂
I struggle with anxiety daily, after I had my daughter I got really bad post partum anxiety. & I noticed after a panic attack a few weeks ago that when I’m really anxious or starting to panic I want to take my shoes off...lol. Feeling my bare feet on the ground is oddly calming for me 🤣 when I was younger I used to fake yawn anytime I was in an uncomfortable setting too!
Do you have any family members/friends (or maybe your boyfriend's) houses that you could film tapping around videos in? I could think of several people who'd let me film a quick video in their house, surely if you hit up your family and friends you could get tons of new tapping around content

i film with my iphone but you need a connector just look up how to connect a yeti microphone to your iphone on google thats how i did it
