- Two full loops of the five music tracks that play during the card-based minigame Gwent and in various inns and taverns throughout The Witcher 3. The first track in the loop (at 00:00 and 10:26) is "The Nightingale" by Percival on the officially released soundtrack. The others are: "Back on the Path" at 01:38 and 12:05; "Another Round for Everyone" at 4:16 and 14:42; "A Story You Won't Believe" at 6:12 and 16:38; and an unreleased track at 7:48 and 18:15. You gotta bait the scorch, the npcs almost always have one. Don't use thicc combos like that all willy nilly.
I always throw out a single random catapult to bait it. Sometimes though the bastards are a bit more clever about it and refuse to fall for the bait...

+Kyle Howard you know, up until my Second play through I had 0 idea you could change the gwent difficulty. it still didn't matter. the cpu is still very easy to bait into making mistakes. I wish they had made gwent offline as well as online. it'd have been fun to challenge ppl to gwent.

Gwent is a serious game, Gwent is business in witcher. Just look at the smug faces you get from the characters anytime geralt asks for a round. They just carefully nod their head with a clever grin. I love this game.

Best part @4:16 Me and my friends drink on Mondays and get together to play video games and when this song came on I started spinning and jumping lol fucking epic. Kinda reminds me of the village festival scene in Willow haha. Great game.

There is literally nothing more exciting than being tied with your opponent, 40-40, both on your last life and now on your last card. You have Vesemir for 6 points. His turn comes up. You hold your breath, wondering who or what he could possibly play. You hear that unmistakable sound. He plays his last card... and it is... some generic 5 point Scoiatel dwarf. With sheer relief. You play Vesemir. You win. Good game.
Always find some time to spend with that street band, when i'm visiting cities/taverns xD

7:48 is seriously one of the best tracks in the game. Shame it won't be released.

I remember some dude on reddit asking the composer specifically about this track on Twitter. He didn't say much other than it'll probably will never be released. My big guess as to why is because the composing and mixing is way different between a full standalone track and ambient/background music and would require way more work than just composing a short melody and looping it. Most of this stuff probably just wasn't designed to be a full track.

gwent was the only card game I have played in years.

To summarise: Geralt arrives home so smashed that he can't remember anything about night before and has to be carried in by his bros. Meanwhile he has no clue where the fuck his missus or daughter is, so he has an affair with his wife's friend and, after they get robbed, goes BACk into town to fuck shit up before having a pub crawl with either a cop or a terrorist, AftEr also losing his wife's friend, but somehow manages to fuck each pub up more than the last. Then he finally sobers up and his dad tries to help him find his wife, but he develops a gambling addiction and starts fighting in underground fight clubs to finance this. After accidentally causing a man to hang himself after killing his wife, getting involved in gang wars and fucking up multiple religious sites/artefacts (and cheating on his wife twice more) he gets back home where he again gets wasted off his head and cross dresses with his friends- prank calling people from her work. He then proceeds to actually find his daughter, gets all his friends involved in a big fight and then gets his daughter drunk....
