Despite the fact that I invest, I am saddened by my inability to evaluate each company's performance and determine whether or not this is the ideal time to purchase stocks. My monetary stockpile is being depleted by inflation. At this stage, I need accurate market trajectory data, but I'm not sure what to do.
I wholeheartedly concur, which is why I appreciate giving an investment coach the power of decision-making. Given their specialized expertise and education, as well as the fact that each and every one of their skills is centered on harnessing risk for its asymmetrical potential and controlling it as a buffer against certain unfavorable developments, it is practically impossible for them to underperform. I have made over 1.5 million dollars working with an investment coach for more than two years.
I have stayed away from all of the issues that the erratic market presents. Today, reading, research, patience, and seeking guidance when necessary are the greatest ways to break into the market. I merely copy ROCH DUNGCA-SCHREIBER , a CFA, whose actions I witnessed on Bloomberg Business News because I am unable to handle my portfolio owing to the nature of my profession. Ever since, everything has been easy.
Couldnt there be an opportunity to buy the dip in these nicer areas? Buying somewhere that has grown 8-20% in the last 12 just seems mildly unappealing.

Mandurah and outter regions like Pinjarra etc. I believe this area is the next to boom in WA as Rockingham has had its moment and is now further south that will grow. The amount of new builds and money local councils are putting in at the moment is crazy.
Rockingham just starting its moment. Masterplan started, 8 billion going into the sub base, last of the big near ocean blocks. New marina in the wind. Roughly about the same distance south as Quinns Rocks in the North, not much under 700 in Quinns now.

There are many different commodities and their prices (and the share prices) go up and down alot within weeks not just years. (Just look at BHP and RIO). It would be a useful layer of knowledge especially given many workers can choose to FIFO to other states now (post Covid) and even Bali etc. There seem to be many moving parts to Perth, like everywhere, in these unique times, but I have to say it does seem like it's Perth time to catch up and shine! The real estate market is contributing good income to the gov. Once it is up, no one wants the price to go down. When the interest rate goes up, naturally the price should go down; but by bringing more migrants, the price can be kept steady OR still growing.....home for a middle class will remain as a dream.....

If you love negative gearing, Go Perth which is why pretty much flat for last 10+ years (after taking into account all the costs). Why buy when you can put $$ in the bank and make bank. You are buying at the TOP of the Market!!
Lol, yeah put money in the bank for a measly 4% return, meanwhile inflation rate is 7% (in reality much higher) so you are going backwards by putting money in savings, as your cash is unable to keep up with inflation.
