- ***Eggless Two Tier Black Forest Cake**
[ INGREDIENTS ]
🍁 For 6 inch Chocolate Cake:
6 inch round cake mould
1 cup maida/all-purpose flour (120 gm)
2 tbsp cocoa powder (20 gm)
2 tbsp milk powder (20 gm)
1 tsp baking powder (5 gm)
1/2 tsp baking soda (2.5 gm)
1/2 cup powdered sugar (60 gm)
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp vinegar
instant coffee mixture (1/2 tsp instant coffee powder + 2 tsp water)
🍁 For 9 inch Chocolate cake:
9 inch cake mould
1 tsp instant coffee powder and 2 tsp water mixture
1 + 1/2 cup all purpose flour/maida (180gm)
1/4 cup milk powder (30 gm)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 + 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup milk
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp vinegar
🍁For sugar syrup:
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup water
3 tbsp chopped cherry
🍁For Chocolate Ganache
100 gram dark chocolate
4 tbsp whipping cream
milk if required
🍁For cream frosting:
3 cup chilled whipped cream
2 tsp powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla essence
3/4 cup chopped dark chocolate
🍁For garnishing:
canned cherry
[1 cup= 240ml ]

U r under talented. My only question is that being egg less will the cake rise. I have tried eggless cakes before and they come out very dense u haven’t used any substitute for egg like yogurt or banana. Plz clear this doubt.
I am able not able to stiff peaks while beating whipped cream. Though the bowl and the beater will chill. I am also using ice cubes at the bottom of the bowl while beating. Tell me the idea for stiff peaks mam .
