How to install Fallout Shelter Online PC? You need two apps: BlueStacks and ProtonVPN (both free).
1. Install BlueStacks and ProtonVPN on the disk.
2. Turn on ProtonVPN and change your region to "Japan" (it is only needed to download the game).
3. Turn on BlueStacks to download and install Fallout Shelter Online from the Google Store.
4. Change the Region in ProtonVPN to "your" (from this moment ProtonVPN will not be needed anymore. The game will update automatically without changing the region).
5. Done. Start the game on BlueStacks.
