- My mom joins me in a conversation while going through one of my first RUclips videos "Let's Talk Bipolar 101." We've been wanting to have this sit--down together for a while and today was the day. She offers a unique perspective of the events leading up to my bipolar diagnosis, and tells what she observed and cautions what to keep an eye out for in your own children, grandchildren, friends and family. It was such a joy to have this conversation, tears and all! Love you Mom!

Your mother seems very kind!
Great video and hear your Mum's perspective and description of things that happen, hopefully help you hearing it....she's a loving person and has your back
Perfectly worded, and she has certainly been my rock through it all. She is by far my number one fan. ❤️
I had a difficult time with my family. I had to go no contact with my father. Things are better now but when I was younger things were not good.
I am so sorry that it’s been a rough go of it with your family. That dynamic should be nothing but strength and support, but so often that is not the case in this world.
When you are psychotic the doctors in the ER are less likely to let you go home even if you aren't a danger to yourself.
My mom and I were talking about that after our RUclips video, and it’s probably a liability issue. The hospital is probably legally responsible to make the decisions in those situations.
