You took a good topic but did very little research! You should have gone into details of how Tatas function and why they are successful! After independence, they grew but couldn't find right kind of managers as they were growing so quickly. Similar to Indian Administrative Services (IAS) they created Tata Administrator Services (TAS) and trained promising youngsters into great managers. All Tata company heads are TAS material.
Thanks to Jinnah who took majority of jihadis to one part of our country and made it Pakistan. But i feel furious that why he left majority in india and still a headache and reason for chaos, social under development and illiteracy.
