you can't kill the hydra with the normal ballista. You can however destroy his projectiles and even damage him enough to stun him, but when his health gets low he automatically recovers a portion every time.

I know the massive experience gain was because of that scroll that unlocked the achievement but I'm not sure how you get it or if it its just a random drop. If you like the switch counters, you should see some of the unique ones. Also surprised that you didn't try out their new aerial R1 attacks.

at the end of chapter 4 with 1 map allies want me to do with the characters appear until chapter 4 I know that they all appear in the small map in the map below, but all of them are hidden playable. So how do I play it and there is a lack of character
The characters in Dynasty/Samurai Warriors games don’t die that easily…unless they’re scripted to die in the battle/event that they died in the sacred historical timeline i.e. Nobunaga (Honnoji), Lu Bu (Xiapi), Yukimura (Osaka Castle) and Guan Yu (Fan Castle)
I THINK you can win this stage without playing through all the chapters. Spray the Hyrda with the ballistas. When you see them "prepare" to shoot, then get out of the ballista and go a little bit away from it. After the Hydra shoots, quickly jump back into the ballista and spray the Hydra. Repeat. Does this work, you think? But of course, it requires INSANE patience!

I've played through a couple of battles, and I found out that it's one random officer per battle that gives out the EXP Fever.
