Ever heard of something called undervolting? There's a reason the 4070 uses less power. The 3080 is almost half the price of the 4070, the 3090 is more comparable in terms of price and the 3090 is the clear winner.

Let's not forget that sometimes with fast movement and camera sequences, dlss 3.0 will be noticibly very bad including competitive games due to it's input lag. Jarrod's tech did a test and some others. I think personally, it's very great when you play single player games so it's a huge plus. I'll wait for the rtx 5000 series instead and see if it's any better due to it's pricing.
To be fair, competitive games will never be played on high settings. Even the 4060 Ti is more than capable enough of running Valorant, COD & DOTA on 1080P 144Hz without breaking a sweat

at 4k the cpu does not matter much as the load is on the gpu more but the gpu is overkill for i5 13400f instead get a i5 13600k and pair it with the rtx 4070ti and you are good to go for 4k. the graphic card price may matter if you are on a budget so take that into consideration you can also use a rtx 4070 which cost around 15k less than rtx 4070ti in india

No, the only good thing about Nvidia is the power draw which is very efficient. I was in the same situation deciding between the 3090 and the 4070. Instead I bought a used 6900xt which supports FSR 3 Frame generation. Way better budget option than either of those cards

I want to use it with an i5 12400 to play in 4k, but even though the 3090 is powerful, some heavier games are below 60 fps in 4k on both, so I would have to turn on dlss anyway. But I can't decide because the 4070 has the new dlss 3.0 and the frame generation, which is better than the dlss 2.0 that is on the 3090. And from the tests I saw, the 3090 has a maximum of 20 fps more than the 4070 in 4k, So I'm almost choosing the 4070, what do you think?
The rx 6900xt uses power like crazy, it also has power spikes meaning you have to get at least a 1k w psu which easily exceeds the cost of an rtx. Not to mention other perks which nvidia has.

You could probably get a better AMD option, everything under the 4090 is unimpressive. Also the CPU is the major weak point. A Ryzen 7600 or a better i5/i7.

This card doesn't have satisfactory RTX for 4k. No need to spend an arm and leg for DLSS3. Better spend money on Better CPU so you can upgrade GPU later. 1lac can get you a very good 1440p system but a very average 4k system.

Prices have dropped - Some 4070 Cards are sub 60K. We've cut corners where its not contributing directly to FPS, the final build is around 1.06L

You could probably get a better AMD option, everything under the 4090 is unimpressive. Also the CPU is the major weak point. A Ryzen 7600 or a better i5/i7.
AMD cards don't have RTX performance & FSR isn't as good as DLSS 3.0 - A better CPU will go out of budget since we made this entire build around 1,00,000 INR
This card doesn't have satisfactory RTX for 4k. No need to spend an arm and leg for DLSS3. Better spend money on Better CPU so you can upgrade GPU later. 1lac can get you a very good 1440p system but a very average 4k system.

So the thing is I'm building a PC since 2019 and it's 2023 now I haven't been able to build it yet I want to do so many things I see on RUclips like web development, Game development, Programming, Video Creation but my financial situation holding me back I'm trying different ways to earn money online (I'm a teen from Rural India so there's no irl job) but failed miserably. I'm so desperate now oike for 4 years I'm trying to build a PC and thus here I'm asking for a financial help if any of you could help it would be great. This looks like E-begging I know but I just wonder now how much I could've done in 4 years If I had a good PC.

Bhai last of us 4k me chalake dikha de star wars jedi survivors chala ke dikhade phir manu ajtak ka maximum games chal jayega but ane wala koi bhi games nahi chalega sadly devs are freaking lazy to optimise their games and most games now will be made on unreal engine 5 so dont recommend 4070 for 4k gaming bro.... Recommend those which will be a bit more future proof on the long run...
The developers which are releasing optimised games are more than capable of running 4K with DLSS though - The unoptimised games won’t run even on 4090s

Also if you want to bring the most out of that car you can undervolt it and probably around 220w or even less.
