Having frustrations abt your job is totally normal and I think talking abt the downside of it is better than keeping it in your heart, even if you have certain privileges with your job is totally fine not to be 100% cuz we’re humans and we have our up & downs.

Not sure about international availability, but carbonated flavored water drinks like La Croix etc could help you with the soda substitution! The flavors aren't as intense as soda but the carbonation is the same
