Apple oven pancake (from 02:48)
50 g butter, 8 dl milk, 3 eggs, 50 g sugar, 5 dl flour (about 300 g), 1 or 2 apple, some sugar, cinnamon and cardamom.
Melt the butter, mix the milk with the eggs, add the sugar, sift in the flour and mix, add the melted butter and let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.
Cut one or two apples into slices about 1 cm thick and remove the core, mix a little sugar with cinnamon and cardamom, pour the pancake dough into a baking tray lined with baking paper, add the apple slices and sprinkle with the sugar cinnamon cardamom mixture, bake in preheated oven at 225 °C (437 °F) for about 30/40 minutes.
Pear, chocolate, cream dessert (from 10:00)
A pear, whipping cream, dark chocolate, cinnamon and cardamom.
Cut a pear in half and remove the core, heat a pan, place the two halves of the pear, sprinkle with a mix of cinnamon and cardamom, after a few minutes turn the pear halves and let cook. Whip the cream, and melt the chocolate. Place half of the pear on a small plate, decorate with melted chocolate and add two tablespoons of cream.
Gnocchi with pumpkin, black cabbage and spinach (from 15:30)
Gnocchi, pumpkin, black cabbage, spinach, extra virgin olive oil.
Clean the pumpkin and cut it into cubes, clean the black cabbage and spinach. Sauté the pumpkin, cabbage and spinach in a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, let the vegetables simmer, after a while add a little salt and a little water, cover and let them cook, in the meantime cook the gnocchi, when they are ready (a few minutes), pour the gnocchi into the pan with the vegetables and let them soak up some flavor.
