Your video lead me to learn of a second Grocery Wholesale store in my immediate area. It even has a Facebook group. So super stoked. Thanks 🙏. 👋new subbie
That’s a great idea, but with this being such a large box, I wouldn’t have had room to process that very well. We’ve just been putting them in that refrigerator and then they thaw to perfection by the morning. Thanks for watching!
I initially found this one through word on mouth. I would consider calling a local grocery supplier to restaurants and ask where their damaged and broken goods go and see if that might spark a lead. Other than that, I’d check FB and see if you can find any discount grocers in your area.
How long will the onions last like that? And is that in a colder area? We don’t have any basements or that type of pantry space where I live just a normal amount n the kitchen pantry.
@@candacedavis5291 I can get months out of them normally, but somehow I’ve already used 2 entire strings of them. 🫣 It is a cooler space, but the idea is dark and cool. If you see that they’re getting close to the end, slice/chop and freeze them up. It’s an awesome meal prep at that point!
You’re welcome! Maybe someone will chime in with a local store, but I would suggest possibly contacting a wholesaler and asking where they send their damaged boxes. Maybe they could point you in the right direction.
Just because a person tries to stretch their pennies doesn’t means their poor. Just because people have nice things doesn’t mean they’re well off and living fancy.
Hey Chelsea, thanks for watching, and I’ll take your criticism as a compliment! We work hard to have nice things, but I’m a hardcore bargain shopper. Hopefully you found some helpful tips while you were here, and I hope to see you back again soon.
@ why would I need to come back and watch a wealthy lady make money on RUclips off of pretending to be poor like me, a disabled senior on Social Security that gets $23 a month food stamps. And frankly, nothing on your channel is new. All of this stuff I learned growing up in the 60s and 70s from my mom who struggled to put food on our table. But I guarantee you that if my mom and her friends had seen you at the grocery store, trying to undercut them and buy those boxes of food from the back of the store that we used to get which was the only way we had food on the table, Well… Let’s put it this way, you would’ve needed to buy yourself a wig. There’s no way that my mom and her friends would have ever encountered a wealthy woman buying up boxes of food for pennies on the dollar to hoard in her fancy fake farmhouse luxury kitchen while smirking over her vacuum sealer as she squirrels away food that belongs in the mouths of hungry children in her region. The only thing I’ve learned from your channel sweetheart is that wealthy people these days have absolutely no conscience.
@ oh so you mean her advice to us is “come on seniors and poor folks try to beat me to the $7 boxes of meat patties if you can & if not starve to death after wasting your gas money, Nanana Nana Nana.” I get it now.
@@chelsea_1961 no. Quite the contrary. I’m a senior living on a very tight budget. I am always getting great money saving ideas from her channel to help me stretch my dollars. I suppose it’s all a matter of perspective and attitude, which yours seems like it could use an adjustment. But that’s ok. Because every time you comment it helps her algorithm, so there’s that. I bet she appreciates your helping support her lavish lifestyle. 😉

@@dianamilburn1743 you’re going to love it!
What a great job, wish we had something like that here. I flash freeze all my patties before bagging, fall apart to take one at a time out.

@@thehometownhomestead we have big lots. They sell non perishables. But not frozen items. That was a fantastic deal on the sausages.
@ yes! That was a major score, and so were the Steak Eze.
Wow!❤❤❤❤
If anyone knows of a place like that in New England please share!

I live in Placer County in Northern California. I would love to know if anyone knows of a store in my area. Thanks!
Just loved watching well off folks living fancy acting like they are poor.
