  • This was my first attempt at a hard pressed cheese!!
    The thing I like about this particular cheese is that it can be enjoyed after aging for 3 weeks!

    I also purchased a Anova Precision Cooker (Sous Vide) to assist maintaining a constant temperature during the process. This was the first time I had used it!!!

    What other cheeses do you make? Do you use store bought milk. I use raw milk that i pasteurize myself. I e joy Gavin's tutorials. Danielle South Africa
