Dragonic Flames of Courage (Red) (WarGreymon(+Black)/ShineGreymon(+Yellow)/EmperorGreymon=AncientGreymon(+Green)) Lupine Light of Friendship (MetalGarurumon (+Purple)/MirageGaogamon/ MagnaGarurumon=AncientGarurumon (+Yellow)) Each set includes one Omnimon and Susanoomon cards as bonus cards but also three other cards unique to those decks. The red one include one copy of VictoryGreymon, BlitzGreymon(+Black), and ShineGreymon Burst Mode (+Yellow) While the blue one includes one copy of ZeedGarurumon, CresGarurumon(+Purple) and MirageGaogamon Burst Mode

The sets are loosely based on existing stories, though with some random shit thrown in. Bt18 was based on digimon frontier, while bt19 was based on the Xros Wars manga. Most sets have had cards based on the current webcomic, Liberator, sprinkled in. 2.0 is a japanese set, bt18 spliced with half of another set, bt19, because theyre trying to accellerate the english releases to keep pace with the jp release.
The sets in general have a theme around either a specific line of digimon, anime, movie, manga, etc, so there isn't a story like in MTG to follow with the cards themselves, but the cards reference the other media, such as diaboromon cards make clones like in the movie, and the dark masters can help summon apocalymon. The closest we get, is they have a webcomic and web novel about Digimon LIBERATOR, which are stories set in a world with the digimon tcg, where kids log in online to play the card game, like yugioh duel disc's, but surprise, the digimon are real and not just a game! They have cards, sets, and starter decks from the webcomic and novel.

Yes and no. This set is referencing digimon season 4 and digimon liberator a web comic out now. There is not a story that is exclusive to the set.
