396 HZ Healing Tones from Niagara Falls - Unwind As You Sleep!

I found this video of Niagara Falls in my personal archives of content and felt it's presence immediately. Something about the combination of the waves and the mist that give it the perfect visual to drift off to.
I loved the consistency of the water crashing so we added in 396 HZ as an undertone to compliment
Watched this before I went to sleep last night and I thought it was very effective
Would also be a good fit for studying, meditating, designing a vision board to name a few
Note
Definitely have to lower the brightness and backlight on your TV/Monitor to a comfortable level
