Ilocano people who are nice. Very far from Manila. This area is at the one of the most northern part of the country. The weather is actually much better when it's cloudy. Around August or September. It can be cold during Late December to Early March. The best time to explore. I miss this kind of feeling from the country side that I felt when I was a kid.😊
