    I saw this video today, it's very interesting. With my understanding of thin film, in my opinion even those who are new to sputtering after watching this video can somewhat understand how thin films are made by sputtering.

    Great video to understand the concept, but I am wondering why it is called "...Rotary Cathodes..." I haven't figured it out where you explained the "rotary" part. I was searching for a video where the difference between the planar and rotary cathode is explained.

      @@sputteringcomponents1541 Dear Sir .Thank you very much for your answer.I try to contact with Sputtering company for two months ago but there is no answer .I want to model reactive magnet sputtering for semi conductor targets.The type of target is hexagonal BN ,the reactive gas is N2 . The power supply to the target is Rf.The type of substrate is steel. The geometry of chamber is cuboid.The model should be able to describe :
      # Modelling of magnet discharge.
      #Modeling of electromagnetic calculate E*B
      # Modelling of sputtering
      # Modelling of atoms transport
      # Modelling of deposition.
      My questions :
      1.What the software could used for these models?
