Perhaps because it evokes a certain sentimental feeling for childhood cartoons? I have a fondness for shows like Power Rangers and the North American dub of Sailor Moon that I watched when I was six or seven. They, like SheZow, are unforgivably corny, borderline stupid in some degrees, but I still think they're awesome.
