If this person did not jog, he might have not lived to 70; a ninety-year person can climb mountains every day BECAUSE he does so every day; As to the joint problem of 70 years ago, it is inevitable. What would be outcome if those people did NOT walk and jog? There might be more deaths particularly in this over-eating world (all heath benefits in thousands of aspects are ignored, and improved immune system might have helped them to survive over the COVID-19.) Most doctors cannot think, do not want to think, or simply want to see more patients to be on drugs. If exercise has adverse effects, the real solution is how to use them correctly.
