thank you for your comment. what you calculated is correct owner also asking the same, site cost 1.5cr and construction cost 1.5 cr the total 3 cr and owner added profit margin 10% total 3.30 cr and also it is negotiable. total constructed area is 5800 sft and if you put with interior 2500 per sft then it will come around 1.45 cr then where is too much expensive

Too much expensive, site cost is around 12 to 13k per sqft and 1.4cr, charging 1.5 cr for building home is ridiculous 😮
