For starters try Looking up ayat ul Kursi in English. It's a very powerful prayer. Very good to listen before sleeping.

He knows what is [presently] before them and what will be after them, and they encompass not a thing of His knowledge except for what He wills. His Kursī (or throne) extends over the heavens and the earth, and their preservation tires Him not. And He is the Most High, the Most Great."

8:36: "O Allah, Knower of the unseen and the seen, Creator of the heavens and the Earth, Lord and Sovereign of all things. I bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped except You. I take refuge in You from the evil of my soul and from the evil and shirk of the devil, and from committing wrong against my soul or bringing such upon another Muslim."
Transliteration: Allahumma ‘alimal-ghaybi washshahadah Faatiras-samawati wal-ard Rabba kulli shayin wamaleekah Ashhadu an la ilaha illa ant A‘oothu bika min sharri nafsee wamin sharrish-shaytani washirkih
Wa an aqtarifa ‘ala nafsee soo-an aw ajurrahu ila muslim.
9:13: " O Allah, I submit myself to You, I turn my face to You, I delegate my affairs to You and I rely totally on You, out of fear and hope of You. There is no refuge or sanctuary from You except in You. I believe in Your Book which You have revealed and in Your Prophet whom You have sent."
Transliteration: Allahumma aslamtu nafsi ilayk, wa wajjahtu wajhi ilayk, wa fawwadtu amri ilayk, wa aljatu zahri ilayk, raghbatan wa rahbatan ilayk, la malja wa la manja minka illa ilayk. Amantu bi kitabik alladhi anzalt, wa bi nabiyyik alladhi arsalt
9:33: "There is none worthy of worship but Allah, the One, the Victorious, Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the All-Mighty, the All-Forgiving."
Transliteration: La ilaha illallah al-Wahidul-Qahhar, Rabbus-samawati wa 'l-ardi wa ma baynahuma al-`Azīzul-Ghaffar.
9:47: "I seek refuge with the complete words of Allah from His anger and His punishment and the evil of His slaves, and from the evil suggestions of the shayatin and from their being present (at death)."
Transliteration: Audhu bi kalimati' llahi't-tammati min ghadabihi wa iqabihi wa sharri ibadihi wa min hamazati' sh-shayatin wa an yahdurun.
10:03: "I seek refuge with the Noble Face of Allah and with the complete words of Allah which neither the good person nor the corrupt can exceed, from the evil of what descends from the sky and the evil of what ascends in it, and from the evil of what is created in the earth and the evil of what comes out of it, and from the trials of the night and day, and from the visitations of the night and day, except for one that knocks with good, O Merciful."
Transliteration: Audhu bi wajhi’llahi’ l-karim wa bi kalimati’llahi’t-tammati. I was just trying to sleep and then I heard screaming out off no where and I soon realised it was just in my head so I thought it would go away if I just thought about something else, but then a new screaming from a different person started ringing in my head, but i quickly brushed it off. Right before I was about to fall asleep, I felt the presence of something near me, so I opened my eyes. As I was turning my head, I heard my door handle being turned and let go. I then immediately grabbed my phone to search for a ruqyah and stumbled upon this video. I feel completely calm now and half full faith that Allah swt got me during my sleep.

Masha Allah. Many parents unfortunantly dont know the power of dua. They try some othre crazy things with amulets, or try to get help from a so called „shaykh“. Sunnah is also to recite the 3 Kuls (Surah Ihlas, Falak, Nas) and blow in your hands, then wipe the hole body from youreself/or family meber/ or child. This should be repeated 3 times! This is a very easy and powerful Ruqyah for children.

First of all I would like to tell you that after prayer, read the Quran as much you can read, then make a lot of time Zikr (Astaghfirullah), and also 3 or 7 times read Durud Sharif, 11 times read sura Fatiha, and again read 3 or 7 times durud Sharif . This is when you feel sick.
Try to read sura fatiha, ayat Kursi, 4 qul and durud Sharif, your habits.
May Allah SWT protect you and bless you.

English - Sahih International
"Allāh (word for God in Arabic) - there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Self-Sustaining. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is [presently] before them and what will be after them, and they encompass not a thing of His knowledge except for what He wills. His Kursī (or throne) extends over the heavens and the earth, and their preservation tires Him not. And He is the Most High, the Most Great."

6:49: "O Allah, You have created my soul and it is for You to take it in death. Its death and its life are in Your hand."
Transliteration: Allahumma khalaqta nafsi wa anta tawaffaha, laka mamatuha wa mahyaya. In ahyaytaha fahfazha wa in amattaha faghfir laha. Allahumma inni asaluka al-'afiyah.
7:21: "O Allah! Guard me against Your punishment on the Day when You will resurrect Your slaves"

You are the First and there is nothing after You; You are the Last and there is nothing after You. You are the Most High, and there is nothing above You, and You are the Most Near and there is nothing nearer than You. Settle our debts and make us free of want."
Transliteration: Allahumma Rabbas-samawatis-Sab'i wa Rabbal-'Arshil-'Azim, Rabbana wa Rabba Kulli shay'in, munzil at-Tawrati wal-Injili wal-Qur'anil-'Azim. Antal-Awwalu fa laysa qablaka shay', wa Antal-Akiru fa laysa ba'daka shay', Antaz-Zahiru fa laysa fawqaka shay', wa Antal-Batinu fa laysa dunaka shay', Iqdi 'annad-daina wa aghnina minal-faqr
8:20: "Praise is due to Allah Who has fed us, provided us drink, satisfied us and gave us protection. Many are those who have no one to provide for them, or give them shelter"
Transliteration: Al-hamdu lillah-illadhi at'amana wa saqana, wa kafana wa awana, fakam mimman la kafiya lahu wa la mu'wiya
8:36: "O Allah, Knower of the unseen and the seen, Creator of the heavens and the Earth, Lord and Sovereign of all things. I bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped except You. I take refuge in You from the evil of my soul and from the evil and shirk of the devil, and from committing wrong against my soul or bringing such upon another Muslim."
Transliteration: Allahumma ‘alimal-ghaybi washshahadah Faatiras-samawati wal-ard Rabba kulli shayin wamaleekah Ashhadu an la ilaha illa ant A‘oothu bika min sharri nafsee wamin sharrish-shaytani washirkih
Wa an aqtarifa ‘ala nafsee soo-an aw ajurrahu ila muslim.
9:13: "O Allah, I submit myself to You, I turn my face to You, I delegate my affairs to You and I rely totally on You, out of fear and hope of You. There is no refuge or sanctuary from You except in You. I believe in Your Book which You have revealed and in Your Prophet whom You have sent."
Transliteration: Allahumma aslamtu nafsi ilayk, wa wajjahtu wajhi ilayk, wa fawwadtu amri ilayk, wa aljatu zahri ilayk, raghbatan wa rahbatan ilayk, la malja wa la manja minka illa ilayk. Amantu bi kitabik alladhi anzalt, wa bi nabiyyik alladhi arsalt
9:33: "There is none worthy of worship but Allah, the One, the Victorious, Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the All-Mighty, the All-Forgiving."
Transliteration: La ilaha illallah al-Wahidul-Qahhar, Rabbus-samawati wa 'l-ardi wa ma baynahuma al-`Azīzul-Ghaffar.
