    Hello Sir,
    I thank you for giving us this meaningful assignment.
    My score is 4.25. The biggest challenge for me is goal structuring.
    This exercise pushes me to structure and track my monthly, weekly and daily goals in a scientific way. I would like to structure my daily tasks with respect to my energy levels, to absorb the content effectively, which I hope will help create consistency. And I would like to treat myself with feel good activities at right time at right amount to refresh my brain.

      Thanks a bunch for such an info engrossing session.
      My score is 5.65.
      My bigger problem is resides in the consistency and motivation.
      Also, the distractions deviates me from the goals structured.
      This excercise I think ensure me giving the energy to maintain energy consistency levels well.
      Even I would like to engulf the good time to better activities to boosten my brain capabilities.

    3: This exercise taught me about energy management, that I had never considered before because I always tried to manage time & not energy. Now, my goal tracking will be based on energy management.

    3.Due to fluctuation in energy levels , I gradually loose consistency while dealing with complex topics. I couldn't invest required amount of time in complex topics. I get exaggerated.
    This session helped me to realize the areas where I am lacking and how to strategize study plans according to energy levels.

    2). Biggest challenge is Consistency and then Energy management which I am working on to improve.
    3). This lesson will help me cultivate little habits like treating myself to dopamine before study, taking a break after focussed study etc. These little pieces of information such as knowing when cortisol increases and that the body feels sluggish after a carbohydrate rich meal really helps in concentrating my efforts towards preparation properly.

    2.Problem-Consistency, it is my biggest problem, 2days of continuous study on third day I am not following the timetable.
    3.Solution-It is best to decide only 3 targets in a day and the important or difficult chapter or concept is solved out in early morning. Less eating carbohydrates during studies, and in afternoon break for short nap is correct, 20pages of a book daily target, will power is our currency to spend, So in total I am too motivated or this time management of myself is the reality of my output, everything is profitable.

    2. My Problem is to maintain consistency for a particular subject. Though I make planner but not able to follow plan properly , reading pattern going in scattered manner and that's why facing difficulty while revising and getting anxious and panicked while giving test.

    2) Problem lies at all levels. Consistency is not maintained, no proper goal structuring and feedback. Lack of motivation and drive comes and goes.
    3)This exercise have pushed me to understand the levels of my energy during different times of the day. And the need of tracking the performance and treating myself for dopamine rush.
    I will look into every problem and structure it accordingly and pave the way for myself.

    Some very useful tips which i recived from the lesson:-
    i- time management and best time to do works which requires more attention.
    ii- scientific ways of to be more productive.
    iii- keep 2 hour slots and take break in between every slot.
    iv- 3 work a day.

    Tips from this session which I'll use to track my daily , weakly goal and make my preparation better:-
    i- a scientific way to manage time and be more productive
    ii- best time to do works which is tough and need more attention .
    iii- 2 hours study slot and take breaks in between them to revive our energy and get back to work with fresh mind.
    iv - small goals are also important and eventually they will lead us to big ones.

    2)the biggest issue that I face in structuring my goals at the mentioned 3 levels and lack mechanism to boost back energy after every energy crash.

    I think that sometimes consistency is a problem for me because of my college projects and assignments.
    Now, I will be able to track my goals of the week better. This lesson also changed my perspective about study time ( before this lesson I think to do as more sitting as you can )

    3. I) will allocate difficult tasks in the morning and saves time in evening for revision mostly.
    II) feedback mechanism should be there so as to track the achievement and knows whether I am on right track or not.

    IV) will try to optimize energy like spending it more where it is most necessary and saves it on trivial occasions.

    1.I scored 53 % , which is low but I'll definitely improve and make it to 70% .
    I recognized which mistakes made my score go low. With altering , modifying, adapting to new structured routine I can reach to a
    better score which will definitely help in leading productive life.
    2.Goal structuring, Consistency ,Slow reading and not able to re-ignite from the crash are my biggest problem.
    3.Since the day I started this exercise, it helped me program myself to be productive everyday by following the guidelines.
    Not over burdening with targets and pushing off the limits, I think I can change my mistakes and make a habit for tracking daily, weekly, monthly goals.
