Does it only lag with Fortnite? If so, you probably have retype in your wifi when you turn on your Xbox also never leave your Xbox on because of it being on all day may show lag when you try to use it the next day. Also make sure you have no other apps open

Also, it may not be your wifi/lag it may be your fps.
