I haven’t made it to the f2f interview yet, but I know for my virtual interview, I stood out and felt very confident afterward. I was pretty much the only person smiling (beginning to end), wore a suit, put my locs in a pony tail, expressed gratitude, and waved at the end. It’s day 11 that I haven’t heard from American Airline, but they indicated that “no response is a good answer.” Also guys, what I’ve learned from the interview process is that sometimes it can be the interviewer that put barriers in the way for you to not obtain the job. I interviewed for United after I graduated college on Dec 2022, and my introductory answer was so good to a point where my interviewer mentioned, “did you read your response off of a piece of paper.” I have a lot of public speaking experience from college and high school. It was intimidating and insulting for me to a point where my energy level dwindled. I didn’t want to complete the interview anymore, especially knowing my worth and capabilities. With that being said guys, if you didn’t receive a CJO for that particular airline and you felt that you’ve done everything right, try again because another one will sweep you up, love your personality and demeanor, and take you to the air. That airline is not for you. You guys are deserving and meant for this career. In all, continue to chase your dreams guys and don’t loose hope! Also, thank you for sharing and providing tips, Alexis, on how to land a CJO :). #AmericanhereIcome
Thank you for this because it rings so true. Some of them can be so cold, stare you down and say snark comments but one should not be disheartened. Keep your dream alive and the right airline will want you. Love you for this! Take care, fly high 🥰
Hi Alexis! I didn’t get my cjo with Delta a few days ago :( I will try again but wanted to ask, did you reapply with same resume ? If it was good again the first time idk if I should Change it . Also, Do they realize you’re a second time applicant or no?
Hi Alexis I need some advice. I release from training on week 5 ( that Monday after the exam) because after the exam I went below average. I do want to try again but I am not sure if I want to go back ( I also have a language barrier which was very challenging during the drills ) I am so devastated especially everyone else in my class made it to graduation) I am devastated I feel like I can’t talk to anyone about this because they would not understand most of everyone I know new I going for training when I came back earlier they sense something was off. I also had personal issues in my life that I was released on the right time to go take care of things at home. I do miss it. I feel like a loser because everyone else in my class made it and I am the only one who went home- do you have any advice or study tips on how to memorize the aircraft type? I have no problem getting the CJO it’s the training especially with the language barrier. Do you think I should start with a regional then later try mainline? Should I try to apply to other airlines or stick with 💜It is childhood dream of mine but not sure if I’m ready to go to another training again 😩- I tried on the unicorn 😩I was 3 days away from picture day and one week away from graduation 😒thanks in advance - like I said interview is no problem to me is the exams😔I used to be an a student I am older now with a family so maybe that’s why ☹️
Hey I am sorry you went sent out home from training. It is hard specially after haven come that far. My best advice is to make sure that you prepare yourself before going to training and also make sure that you have a transparent conversation with you family member of the journey that you will embark and what would that mean. They only thing you need is focus and the only thing you don't need there is distraction.
I was released 3 days before graduation from DL and i reapplied and was given a TBNT. I’m not understanding what made me qualify the first time and this time being told no.
Hi my friend, I went to my face to face but haven’t heard back yet. One of my friends went to the same face to face & they had her do the reach test, does this means I didn’t make it & there just gonna send me the I didn’t make it email? I’m so stressed I thought I did good. I studied & practice I don’t know what I could of done better. Can you please tell me what your thoughts are.
@@SinHacerElDañoSeguimosGanando ok! So what I been hearing lately is that whoever stays, gets the CJO on the Spot. If they walked you you just gotta wait for any of the possible outcomes: CJO or TBNT. Wha could’ve gone wrong we never know. But unfortunately most of the candidates prepare themselves well for the Interview but most of the time not enough to Stand out and earn a CJO.

Had a virtual interview interviewer said cjo should come or decision tomorrow. What happens after cjo letter?
If cjo isn’t offered, does this mean you’re rejected?
Yes. Most airlines give you the CJO on the spot after your f2f interview. All you can do is reapply.
What cjo stand for, thanks
