betrayal. 💔 I understand why Kate did that to her since Marine will have nothing to lose since she have money and connection. It’s Marine’s parents to blame.. If not for them Kate wouldnt turn her back on Marine. She knew that no matter what she does Marine will always win. So she did what she did. But it’s so heart breaking that Marine was true to her until the end. And Kate knew that Marine didnt do anything to her so in the end Kate had regrets and was not happy.

god, when Kate told everyone that lie about Marine and her brother … it broke my heart to see Kate turn her back on Marine and betray her like that. their relationship had many faults, but that was so messed up of Kate, and not something she could, nor wanted to, take back from saying.
