This material is fantastic, I have spent a long time trawling RUclips for nuggets on Tekki Shodan (which I am learning) and this video has many. I am so grateful to you for sharing your hard won expertise so generously and for creating resources that will help people for many years to come. Thank you.
OSU! Thank you for sharing this Sensei. Great drills, great tips, and great to do the kata to your count instead of always going solo in the park. I've bookmarked all your recent RUclips classes, and since Japan is back to semi-lockdown, I'm very glad I could pull this out for a free lesson 🙇♂️
@@richardamos3173 every part of you is talking! It's like watching Kobayashi sensei...I can't understand a lick of Japanese, and yet it seems he talking only to me! It's the same with you! You are really doing many, many of us a tremendous service. I cannot thank you enough.
Interesting to see you combining the three Tekki together at the end of the video. Is this a widespread practice? Within Kase-Ha we practise Tekki Oyo which is very similar. Really good drills to develop technique with the three forms. Thanks for this series particularly at this time.
Oh, that takes me back! I used to practice Tekki Oyo before I moved and joined JKS. Don't think I could remember it now, but this version serves just fine I think.

Super nice comment, thank you. Not much else to do during lockdown!

Osu, thanks for your feedback. Combining the 3 tekki is not so common but I think it makes perfect sense...and is great practice!

Thanks, no matter for the wind. If we don't anderstand, just do like an international seminar in an other langage
Ha! Yes, the wind was definitely an issue. We have to study lip-reading!
Не важно что ветер мешает словам , важней понимать и читать язык тела сансейя !!!🥋👍
The disadvantage of beach training - wind cut on the mic :(
