I love that engine. What kind is it? It has to be European made it sounds too good to be anything else. Nice build. Something a little bigger would be a lot safer, but great build none the less.
Sweet build! The feel of riding your own make is inexplicable! I see that you have used belt drive , although it is safer but you tend to lose a lot of torque due to slipping. Also, you've used belt twice so that further reduces your torque transmission to the rear wheel. It would be better if you devise a method to safely use a chain drive or at least use only a single belt. How did you determine which cone bearing to use in the steering (load etc) ? I really liked the way you made use of the bearing to support the front tyre. Overall its really a nice build, congratulations :D All the best! Regards Mohammad Umar

That is one sweet bobber mini bike, I like it a lot. That engine could run at idle with one tank of gas for like one full week. I'm from the island of Puerto Rico USA, it's a commonwealth of the USA. I too have a homemade creation, you can check it out here in youtube ( Homemade two engine Go-kart ). Are you working on something new?

very nice..in vienna we have around 35 000 cops, 1st employer..to keep us safe, they say...a little ride like yours would have me in jail in no time :-)

If you would direct the air intake manifold towards the wind (front), than you wouldn't have such an issue with acceleration.

Yeah all you have to do is look and notice no clutch and no gear changes . But it wasn't supposed to make people angry lol.
there is a centrifugal clutch from an old moped (piaggio ciao) i cut the crankshaft, welded it on a flange and mounted it on the flywheel ;)
your sprocket raceio is of your back sprocket way to big go smaller way more speed
