Great catches. I feel disappointed on your behalf that nothing bit on the dropshot😂 Also, great editing, it keeps getting better and better, one of the best. Loved how you brought in your voice over that you now at the car while the video footage of the lost fish on the jig by that bridge thing played out. Little things👌🏽
Thanks man. I really appreciate the positive words and the great feed back on the video quality. Been adding just that extra effort to make them even more cinematic as possible. The drop shot has let me down this winter season. It really hasn't been producing bass for me this winter season. Thanks for the support dude 👍
Great vid again. For many years now the 3inch yum dinnger has been my top winter lure here in the Western Cape. Fished weightless. Its been a very cold and wet winter here but the yum dinnger still producing well for me.
Lekker sash fok man they where destroying that underspin.... Good content keep them coming that is a very good session for winter .... Was the other day at edenvale quarry only got two for the day....
Underspin is a great presentation for winter bass. You can really slow roll it on the bottom near where those bass are hiding. Yeah this has been one of my better days fishing, nothing big tho but i'll take catching fish tho. The edenvale Quarry is a tough venue, so congrats on catching two dude💪 Thanks for watching dude
Howzit going man. If you go in like the next week or two you might see bass pushing shallow to start preparing there beds. This is a great time to catch alot bass. Hopefully the females will be pushing up soon to do there thing. If the you no nest then the bass here will be pushing up alittle later then other places. To catch bass on nests try use lures that are visually satisfying like Jerkbaits, Shallow crankbaits, craws, jigs, stick baits and drop shot. The crank bait is really the only lure where you cant work it slow, cover water with that lure and try get a feel if the bass are shallow or not. All the other lures you can work really slow and let those lures hang in the nest for the bass to grab onto it. If the bass are not up on beds, I can really suggest lures like a Stick bait, Craw baits, Drop Shot and jigs. The Jig is a great lure to present when they in the mood to eat baits. If they not eating well just try and down size on your lures. Colours on lures I can really suggest are blacks and blues and maybe some naturals
@@BassingwithSaschayes they say you can only fly fish in the main dam, when I went there I was told not to fish in the main trout dam even if there are carp and bass I can only use the smaller ones for some reason
Howzit man I live on the south coast in kzn and i live on a farm and have access to the private dams and was wondering if you would want to come fish here

Whoop whoop
Caught my personal best this winter😉
Nice man 💪💪 How heavy was it and what did you catch her on?
@BassingwithSascha is not big. Maybe 1kg. I still have to get a scale. But it was visually bigger than my previous 3 catches.

Is Kloof now allowing bass fishing in the main dam?
I've never been told not to fish the dam. Maybe you know something I don't?
