Ingredients :
2 medium zucchini
1 tablespoon of flour
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon of Provence herbs
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
1 head of garlic, chopped
130 g of plain yogurt (1/2 cup)
1 small handful of dill, chopped
4-5 mint leaves, chopped
1 tablespoon of lemon

A wonderful recipe. I imagine this would go really well as accompaniment to roast meat. Or even with scrambled eggs and some nice bread as a light brunch. Thank you for sharing!

Merci pour toutes vos recettes inventives, si originales par rapport à ce qui fleurit par ailleurs ! Je me permets une simple remarque, qui est la mise en garde de nombre de diététiciens et scientifiques concernant la cuisson à haute température dans les feuilles d'aluminium. On lit souvent tout et son contraire ! Mais ce matériau semble bien être néfaste. Pour ma part j'ai pris le parti de la remplacer par une feuille de papier sulfurisé
Merci ! ♥ Oui il est vrai qu'il serait mieux de d'abord enrouler dans du papier cuisson, puis dans du papier aluminium pour le faire tenir (mais les personnes en bonne santé peuvent excréter efficacement les petites quantités d'aluminium absorbées par le corps). Et je cuisine peu avec de l'alu' à même la nourriture. C'est à mon goût sans danger mais pourquoi pas prendre la précaution ! ♥ Je le ferai dorénavant :)
