Can someone explain why the dots in level 7 don't kill the player?

@@chargingcreepers6822 Good question so this game is a 30 Fps game. but the enemy’s are moving at 1 frame but to kill the player the enemy need to hit the player for 2 frames. so at this spot you can’t die.

If you don’t understand. The game was made by a 16 year old so hitbox is not so great.
