    I have been canning for over 60 years. I am 83 and I still can, dehydrate freeze most of our food. I can everything in this video plus meats and veggies like green beans, carrots, potatoes, beets and meals in a jar like stew, chicken pot pie base, bar-b-cue pork, chicken. I can tuna that a friend catches in the north west and land lock salmon our sons catch and sometime trout. I have taught four generations in this family how to can and preserve. Love seeing all my hard work validated by programs such as this one. We need mor of this kind of content.

    Love your videos, but you provide some misinformation in your videos that is concerning. For beginner canners - please follow correct USDA canning recipes. National Center for Home Food Preservation is a good place to start. I am not commenting negatively. Love the content, but this is a health concern that could be harmful if people don't do their own research on canning correctly. Perhaps adding trusted resource links in the comments, would be a good addition to your content.
