Kinda annoying that there isn't an in-game way to keep track of which levels/kongs you've gotten cameras from already. This video was very helpful for checking every location :)
You actually can. In Worlds 4, 5, and 6 you can buy hints from Wrinkly for each scrapbook page on the camera's locations. Simply just check your scrapbook to see what photos you don't have and what pages they're on and then buy the corresponding page you need from Wrinkly
