yeah this was one of their last mind blowingly good albums... i feel teppei steered their whole vibe the wrong direction slowly and steadily after... and you can tell by dustins voice going out that hes not used to sounding badass anymore...

Also: Anyone else notice right after the breakdown, the pronunciation of "the" from "thee" (2003) to "tha" (2023) ("THE abolition of man is within the reach of science, but are we so far gone that we'll try it")? I suppose Mike is the one I hear pronouncing it differently, so it is altogether a different person.

I still love the album but I don’t like the retcon version. I am still a purist at heart that bought this album at a show my friend and I were able to talk his Mormon mom into taking us to.
I get the who owns rights to the music and you kinda have to release b-sides but I wish you would have left it alone.
I went to live shows to hear it differently than the album not for it all to just be changed as if it was always the way it was
