By description seems that pump can not rotate under current status and it is sending that state to the controller. Our suggestion (if it is possible, after read manuals and take the safety measures), is to check if shaft/impeller spin free. If it rotates free, you should check wiring and control input. If not you have to analyze the pump. If you have more doubts, our suggestion is contact to your local service Grundfos provider or your Grundfos local responsible.
