How to dodge and burn in Photoshop

"In this new video, I show you guys how to create the famous dodge and burn effet in Photoshop".
They are a lot of techniques to use, today I show my favourite one. This one is the best the result so far, I mean it's my point of view.
We work with two different grey layers, one called "dodge" and the second one called "burn". And we paint in black and wgite on these two layers with a soft brush 10% flux.
We switch the mode to soft light, and we can reduce the opacity to reduce the effet. Or create a level adjustement layer to add more effect on them.
We finish by creating a folder with these layers to see how they work on the picture."
