Hey Jorge, This whole issue is one that is frustrating to say the least. My mind goes' back to when as a child I watched "Miracle on 34th street" and IMHO one of the great marketing ideas, is generate loyalty by making it easy for the customer. Like you, I don't fault Scaleauto for a defective gear - it could happen to any Mfgr. And kudos to you Jorge for overcoming the odd or proprietary size wheel grub screw by creatively using your next size closet tool to remove it. However I would say to all the slot car manufactures - make it easy for your customers and you'll foster more loyalty with goodwill and increased profits overall. Ok, rant over - please have a good day! Best Regards, Jack
By the way, Hubert by Slotfun couldn`t run the car with the Scaleauto tires on his Scaleauto Track. He used Thunderslot tires. On my Carrera track the tires have grip and run fine.
Ride on Jorge. Do you have the same issue, like some of us have, who bought it? The Porsche in the back has the written Name Porsche, upside down? I also got No. 7. :-)
Was your tail light put on upside down? 1 of the 2 I have is. all the ones I saw at a show were upside down. The vendor said they got a so what response from Scale Auto.
Thank you Jorge. I just got my Super Tires silicone tires in and started tuning to see what she can do.
Cool!
