When Darkness Falls (All is Calm) // Original Barbershop Tag

Happy Halloween! I decided to write a brand new barbershop tag, but with a haunting twist. This tag was inspired by Gregorian Chant, Barbershop, and Cinematic music styles. It's best suited for an a capella chorus, but you can sing it with a quartet as well (just grab an extra singer for the fifth part ;) ) Let me know what you think!

Barbershop tags really prove that, unfortunately, a minor triad is less natural and even less fundamental than a major one and, by its nature, is just nothing more than a conventional generalization of a major triad by analogy.
