Mere father ko july 2022 me head & Neck Cancer hua tha tongue me then Dr ne surgery ki July 2022 me then surgery ke 1 month baad 33 Radiation and 5 chemotheraphy hui then after 3 months december 2022 me Drs ne CT Scan head and neck karwaya us ka result Negative aya then after 6 months june 2023 me Drs ne Pet/Ct karwaya us ki report negative ayi lakin 2024 ki january me dobara mouth cancer hua starting me dr ne 2 dafa biopsy ki us ki report negative then after 3 months april 2024 me dr ne Petscan karwaya us me report positive ayi cancer hua dobara then dr ne 2 operations ki may 2024 me lakin dr ke mutabik margin bohat samne araha hai 0.1 then drs ne 3rd operation ki 12 june 2024 me major surgery tongue remove kar ke plastic surgery ki arm se hisa nikal ke tongue ki jaga lagaya,

Radiation ke sath chemo ka role only to increase radiation effects, go for it 👍
There are so many factors for chemo in post op cares but in definitive intent is must 🙏
