The golden doors is you only mansion feature. I havent actually seen the golden doors, just heard about it. You can also get a deed behind one of the mansions. I was disappointed the deed feature especially on the 10 cent denom gave so little, I’ve seen other videos of the exact same game paying out so handsomely, next it’s either you or Mr Sh.

The paintbrush is the touchup bonus. The print brush will essentially paint a random number of hats on the reels to start the bonus.
