xlLouie Flores Not really. DNKR softban rules are really different. The only things that are softbanned are SA buffing skills. (Hence why the Destroyer doesn't use Charging Howl/Panic Howl)
This Circle Bomb EX version is better than the shit version in 90 cap. The 90 cap version of Circle Bomb makes you use it when you walk backwards that sucks and it doesn't do the chain reaction that pushes enemies back like in this video. The original Circle Bomb was better and it connects well even when an enemy has fallen close by, Fuking DN Devs ruined a good game.

i thought the last extra hit of mbd ex was supposed to be 50% of the normal dmg. It looks like its doing 200% instead

It was the hero weapon in ladder at cap 50 I think.
