7:17 you have done one mistake.
At 12th week :-
Gross req. is 50
on hand inventory is 45
Net requirement is 05
Planned receipt is 57
So at 13th week:-
on hand inventory is 52.
Therefore total inventory is 343.
Holding cost = 343*2.5=857.5
Setup cost= 150*5 =750
Total cost=1607.5
